Thumbnail Generation and FLV Conversion:
To generate thumbnails from videos or convert videos to FLV format you must install and enable either FFmpeg or MEncoder. If your host does not support these and you are unable to have them installed, we offer a credit system which enables you to use these features without installing any additional software on your server. Encoding credits can be purchased for 10c each. If either FFmpeg or MEncoder are installed on your server, encoding is absolutely free!

Video Watermarking (Permanent Method):
If you enable video watermarking you MUST use FFmpeg as your FLV encoding method, or it will not work. Video watermarks can be either images or even another video. The watermark threshold determines the colour you wish to make transparent. For example, you could create a watermark image with a red background (#ff0000) and white writing (#ffffff). In this case, you would make the watermark threshold ff0000, thus making all red transparent, and keeping the white text as the watermark.

Audio Swap:
The Audio Swap feature will only work when MEncoder has been installed and enabled from the settings panel. We strongly advise that you do not use any songs which you do not have permission to use.
